At Blosh Scents, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assess your request for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Refund
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Used products or items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are only considered once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) in the following cases:
Products returned with minor damage to packaging (but the item remains unused).
Incomplete returns (e.g., missing a non-essential component such as an insert or sample).
Late returns that fall slightly outside the 14-day window, subject to our discretion.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same product in case of damage in transit or if you received the wrong item. Exchanges are subject to the following:

The item as received
The packaging (including the shipping label)
Any visible damage
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchange requests will be processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's expense unless the error was on our end.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include the following details:

Reason for return/exchange
Attach clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
3. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return address.
4. Package the item securely and send it via a trackable postal service. Keep your receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
Additional Notes
Refunds (where eligible) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Blosh Scents reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if products are not returned in acceptable condition or outside the stated timeframe.
